TrueCal Notifier is designed to manage calendar event reminders on your device. The app reads calendar information to show local notifications and lets you postpone, mute, dismiss, or open events in your calendar app.

Data the app accesses

• Calendar data: event title, start and end time, calendar/account name, calendar color, location, notes/description, attendees, and event identifiers needed to show and manage reminders.
• Notification data: postponed, muted, dismissed, repeated, and test notification state.
• Settings: language, notification sound, reminder presets, swipe action, exact alarm profile, trash retention, calendar color and sound overrides, and display preferences.
• Advertising and consent data: Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) may process consent choices, device and advertising identifiers, diagnostics, approximate location, and ad interaction data according to Google's policies and the choices available in your region.
• Purchase data: Google Play Billing processes the purchase and restoration of TrueCal Notifier Pro. The app receives the product and entitlement status needed to unlock Pro; it does not receive or store your payment-card details.
• Optional external actions: if you tap an event location, your chosen maps app may receive that location. If you tap the email action for attendees, your chosen email app may receive the attendee addresses and draft content. If you choose to report a problem, your email app receives only the text and optional attachments you explicitly select.
• Optional support diagnostics: only when you select them for a support report, the app creates a small local diagnostic attachment. It contains app version, a data-minimised app event trace, and available exit/ANR information for this app; it excludes calendar content, accounts, locations, attendees, notification text, and global system logs. Device model and Android version are included only when you select that option.

How data is used

• To show calendar event notifications at the configured time.
• To repeat ignored notifications according to your settings.
• To support snooze, mute, dismiss, trash, restore, and test notification flows.
• To remember your app settings and calendar-specific preferences.
• To show limited, clearly labelled banner ads to free users.
• To verify and restore the one-time TrueCal Notifier Pro purchase through Google Play.
• To open external apps only when you explicitly request actions such as maps, email, calendar viewing/editing, Google Play feedback, support reporting, or privacy policy viewing.

Storage and sharing

Calendar and reminder state is processed primarily on your device. The app does not operate a proprietary backend service for collecting your calendar contents. App settings and local reminder state may be included in Android cloud backup if your device, Google account, and Android backup settings allow it.

The app shares data with third parties only where needed for features you use: Google AdMob and UMP for advertising and consent, Google Play Billing and Play services for purchases and app-platform functionality, Android backup when enabled by the device, and external apps that you explicitly open from TrueCal Notifier.

Advertising

Free users may see clearly labelled banner ads only in selected main screens. The app does not display rewarded, interstitial, app-open, or other fullscreen ads. Core reminder actions never require watching an ad. The one-time TrueCal Notifier Pro purchase permanently unlocks Pro features and removes ads. Google may collect and process ad-related data according to its own policies.

Consent and privacy choices

Where required, the app uses Google's certified UMP consent flow before requesting ads. Available choices depend on region and Google's message configuration. If Google requires a privacy-options entry point, it is available in the app settings so you can review or change your choices. Withdrawing consent does not affect calendar reminders or purchased Pro access.

Permissions

• Calendar: required to read calendar events and display reminder details. Write access may be requested to support calendar integration and event editing through the calendar provider.
• Notifications: required to display reminders.
• Exact alarms, boot completed, wake lock, and vibration: used to schedule reliable reminders and keep them working after device restart or background restrictions. The app can open the relevant Android battery settings when you explicitly request it; it does not automatically change battery settings.

Retention and deletion

Settings and reminder state remain on the device until you change them, clear app data, uninstall the app, or delete them through app features such as the trash. If Android cloud backup is enabled, a backup copy can remain subject to your device and Google account backup settings after app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Manage or delete that copy through the Android or Google backup controls for your account.

Children

TrueCal Notifier is not directed to children. The app is intended for users who manage calendar reminders on their own device.

Your choices

• You can revoke calendar and notification permissions from Android system settings.
• You can disable Android backup at device level.
• You can clear the app's local data from Android system settings.
• Core reminder functions remain available without watching ads; advanced changes can be unlocked with TrueCal Notifier Pro.
• Where shown, you can reopen the privacy choices from the app settings.
• You can manage or cancel purchase-related actions through Google Play. TrueCal Notifier Pro is a one-time, non-subscription purchase.
• You can choose whether to attach diagnostics, device information, or a screenshot to a support email and can edit or cancel the email before it is sent.

Memorizzazione e condivisione

Impostazioni e stato dei promemoria restano sul dispositivo finche li modifichi, cancelli i dati dell'app, disinstalli l'app o li elimini tramite funzioni come il cestino. Se il backup cloud Android e attivo, una copia puo restare soggetta alle impostazioni di backup del dispositivo e dell'account Google anche dopo la cancellazione dei dati o la disinstallazione. Gestisci o elimina quella copia dai controlli di backup Android o Google del tuo account.

Minori

TrueCal Notifier non e rivolto ai minori. L'app e pensata per utenti che gestiscono promemoria calendario sul proprio dispositivo.
